Techniques...
Masking
|
Masking is a
wonderful way to create a layered look with your stamps.
1. Stamp and
image in the foreground of your project.
2. Stamp a
second image onto a scrap piece of paper...no need to reink.
3. Cut out the
image you have stamped onto the scrap paper to create your
"mask". Be sure to cut right along the line so that when
this technique is complete you won't have a halo around your intended project.
4. Using the
Bonding Memories® Scrapbook Glue, create a temporary bond on your
mask image by simply applying the glue and letting it dry. It will
form a sticky surface similar to a post-it note.
5. Place your
masked image over your main image and stamp around it and over it so
that you create a nice continual background image.
6. Remove the
mask and Viola!! |
