Serigraph Technique Artwork by Cheryl Deshaw Supply list: 4 inkpads in the same color family (for example: greens, blues, reds), White Daisy Exclusive Inks™ Pad, White embossing powder, Black embossing powder (or archival black), Brayer: rubber or foam, heat gun, Bold line stamp and word/greeting stamp 1. Take your Ultra White CS and emboss your main image in WHITE embossing powder. Due this in two areas on the card. Next, emboss your greeting in black embossing powder. 2. With your lightest color, brayer over your greeting and a portion of your embossed image. Cover about 1/3 of your cardstock with this lightest color. 3. Now brayer your second color that is a shade darker than the first one you used. At this point, more than half of your cardstock should be brayered with color. 4. Brayer your third color. You may want to brayer over your lighter colors slightly with this 3rd color, avoiding your greeting. 5. Brayer your darkest color. Use your darkest color spareingly. Make sure that some of the white embossed image has some dark brayering over it. 6. Wipe ink off your embossed image with a tissue. 7. With your darkest color ink, stamp your main image in the lightest color area. 8. Prepare and assemble your card as desired. Back
