questions? I've compiled a list of some of the most frequently asked
consultant questions below. Take a look...
Q: Is there
a minimum dollar amount needed in sales before an order can be
considered a "party"?
A: Yes.
A hostess begins earning her freestyle rewards when a
"party" consists of at least 2 people and $150 in sales
before shipping/tax.
Q: What
exactly is a "party"?
A: Anytime
a group of 2 or more people place an order consisting of at least
$150 in sales (before shipping/tax) it is considered a
"party". The higher the sales, the higher the freestyle
rewards provided by the company!
Q: What
will the hostess receive as the sales accumulate?
A: For
$150 in sales a hostess will receive:
$25
in free products of her choice from the current catalog. To review

page.
In
addition, when (3) guests schedule and hold a booking the hostess
will receive an addtional stamp set absolutely free!! A 1" x
1" block is currently included!
Q: Who
provides the hostess gifts??
A: In
general, Close To My Heart provides the hostess gifts. That's one of
the coolest things about being a consultant...it won't come out of
YOUR pocket!
In
addition to the gifts already provided, most consultants purchase
incentive sets for their customers at a deeply discounted price. It
helps to boost party sales, provides superior customer service and
encourages repeat business. This is optional but can really help to
increase your monthly sales if used to your benefit.
Q: Once I'm
a consultant, how do I place my orders?
A: Consultants
have the convenience of ordering directly online. Or, you can mail
or fax your orders in to corporate. It's totally up to you!!
Q: I see
that there is a "demonstrator only" area at the corporate
website. What is this?
A: Once
you are a consultant, you will have unlimited access to the
"demonstrator only" area of the website. You will find tons
of information including a couple of different bulletin boards,
downloadable documents, up-to-the-minute business information,
newsletters and so much more! It's very handy and very informative!!
You will never be at a loss for inspiring ideas.
Q: How can
I access the msg boards? When I click on it, it tells me I don't have access.
A: You
must first become a consultant. Within 1-2 business days of
submitting your paperwork you will be able to enter your username and
password (the one that you chose when you joined) to enter the
consultant system. Once inside click on the "Bulletin
Boards" button to access all the fun!
Q: How does
Close To My Heart compare to other rubber stamp/scrapbooking
companies out there?
A: Close
To My Heart consists of a wonderful family of consultants willing to
help one another. We share ideas and inspirations on a regular basis
